The Merry Barn brings you their Australian Made Barn Door Hardware.
SHIPPING: When shipping items, The Merry Barn requires the client on
site to receive the items and assist with unloading larger items such as doors.
We therefore suggest a business address is provided for the delivery of doors
and hardware. The Merry Barn does not charge insurance on the shipping of the
doors. If a client would like shipping insurance, please advise The Merry Barn
at the time of making the order. The Merry Barn makes every effort to pack
doors and hardware suitably for shipping, however should damage occur during
transit, it is up to The Merry Barn and the client to work out a solution to
solve any issues.
REDELIVERY: If a client is
not on site to receive the delivery, and we do not have permission to leave
items if no one is home, the courier will charge a redelivery fee. This
fee will be charged onto the client and is payable within 7 days of invoice.
PRODUCT REFUNDS: All products
are custom made to order, and as such, we cannot offer a refund on purchases if
you change your mind. If there is a quality issue or you received an incorrect
item, please email us a photo and a description and we will try to resolve it
as best as we can.
